# Gozitan > Gozitan is a traditional Maltese and Gozitan restaurant in the heart of St Julian's (Paceville), Malta, serving genuine home-style Maltese food since 2007. Gozitan cooks the dishes of Malta and Gozo the way they were always made — rabbit stew (fenkata), beef olives (bragoli), snails, fresh fish and suckling pig. Founded on 27 June 2007, it grew out of a grandmother's kitchen in Xewkija, Gozo and now sits on Paceville Street in St Julian's. - Address: Paceville Street, St Julian's, Malta - Phone: +356 2786 4626 - Email: gozitanmalta@gmail.com - Hours: Open daily, 11:45–23:45 (noon till midnight) - Reservations: accepted online and by phone ## Menus - [Menu](https://gozitanrestaurant.com/menu): Full à la carte of traditional Maltese and Gozitan dishes. - [Tasting Menu](https://gozitanrestaurant.com/tasting-menu): A shared table of Maltese classics at €30 per person — Gozitan antipasto, snails, rabbit stew, beef olives and suckling pig. ## Main Pages - [Home](https://gozitanrestaurant.com/): Overview of the restaurant, food and story. - [About / Our Story](https://gozitanrestaurant.com/about): The journey from Gozo to Paceville and the people behind Gozitan. - [Reservations](https://gozitanrestaurant.com/reservation): Book a table. - [Contact](https://gozitanrestaurant.com/contact): Location, directions and how to get in touch. ## Content - [The Journal (Blog)](https://gozitanrestaurant.com/blog): Stories from the kitchen and the history behind Maltese recipes, language and food culture. - [Events](https://gozitanrestaurant.com/events): Festas, family gatherings and celebrations hosted the Gozitan way.
