# Gozitan

> Gozitan is a traditional Maltese and Gozitan restaurant in the heart of St Julian's (Paceville), Malta, serving genuine home-style Maltese food since 2007.

Gozitan cooks the dishes of Malta and Gozo the way they were always made — rabbit stew (fenkata), beef olives (bragoli), snails, fresh fish and suckling pig. Founded on 27 June 2007, it grew out of a grandmother's kitchen in Xewkija, Gozo and now sits on Paceville Street in St Julian's.
