Gozitan began in a small kitchen in Xewkija, Gozo, so the sister island is close to our heart. Gozo Night is our tribute to it: an evening built around Gozitan ġbejniet, rustic dishes and the simple, generous cooking that the island is known for.

A taste of where we come from
