Malta trägt Jahrtausende an Geschichte in seiner Sprache, seiner Kultur und seiner Küche. Arabische Gewürze, sizilianische Pasta, das Brot der Ritter, der Fisch des Mittelmeers. Jede Zivilisation, die hier vorbeikam, hinterließ etwas, und die maltesische Küche nahm alles auf. Gozitan kehrt zu diesen Wurzeln zurück und serviert sie so, wie sie immer waren.
