Celebrating Malta's most prized autumn catch with a traditional seasonal menu.

Autumn brings the lampuki, Malta's beloved seasonal fish, and with it one of our favourite traditions. We serve it the genuine way, in a torta tal-lampuki: a rustic pie of fish, spinach, olives, capers, and walnuts baked in golden pastry.

Alongside it, our homemade fish cakes and a warming soppa tal-armla (widow's soup). Seasonal, honest, and proudly Gozitan, the kind of dinner that tastes of home.
